On the eve of the new academic year, the Sambo Federation of the Sverdlovsk Region and the UMMC Sambo Club (Verkhnyaya Pyshma) released school diaries for young sambo wrestlers. This good tradition is already more than ten years old. Every year, primary school students of Verkhnyaya Pyshma and of many other cities of the Sverdlovsk region receive such a unique school diaries as a gift. In this school diaries they can not only fill out the schedule of classes, record homework and see the grates set by teachers, but also immerse in the history of sambo, get acquainted with its basic rules and follow the advice and instructions of the famous Champions.
This time, the cover of the diary 2019-2020 was decorated with a picture of Stanislav Scriabin, the World Champion in Romanian Bucharest in 2018 and the silver medalist of the European Games in Minsk (Belarus) 2019. A significant part of the information is also devoted to the upcoming European Championship, which will be held from May 21 to May 25, 2020 in Ekaterinburg, in the Palace of Sports.
"The format of such school diaries suggests that their content will be interesting not only to those who began to practice sambo, but to a wide audience, including girls. So, sambo will have even more followers and fans", - says Valery Stennikov, Director General of the UMMC Sambo Club, Honored couch of the Russian Federation.
As usual, in the first days of September the stars of the Ural Sambo will specially come to schools of the region and present the school diaries to students.
